The Evaluation Seminary took place between 23 and 25 march 2012, participants being representatives of the Volunteers on the Move project partners. Within the sessions the participants have discussed about the organisational aspects of the project, the results and impact both to the communities and the project partners.

The "Volunteers on the Move" Framework Event took place in Arad, at Ioan Slavici Theatre, between 3 and 5 February 2012. Within the event there was organized a presentation corner of the NGO's and public institutions involved, as well as workshops, volunteering activities for the community.

The Valorization Seminary took place in Arad, on the 16th of March 2012, and it involved over 100 persons.
Within the Seminary, the participants, in the first session have disscused about the European Year of Volunteering 2011, about the Volunteers on the Move project itself, the seminary objectives and agenda. Next together with the facilitator, the participants have shared learning experiences and results of the preparation phase of the project, in particular from within the network building and selection.recruitment processes.
The second part of the seminary was about sharing the experiences from the implementation part of the project, in particular from the Framework Event, and regarding organizatorical part of it, followed by discussing about possibilities of exploitation and tranfer possibilities of the experiences gained in other future similar activities, ending with an evaluation of the seminary.
