The Evaluation Seminary took place between 23 and 25 march 2012, participants being representatives of the Volunteers on the Move project partners. Within the sessions the participants have discussed about the organisational aspects of the project, the results and impact both to the communities and the project partners.

The "Volunteers on the Move" Framework Event took place in Arad, at Ioan Slavici Theatre, between 3 and 5 February 2012. Within the event there was organized a presentation corner of the NGO's and public institutions involved, as well as workshops, volunteering activities for the community.

The Evaluation Seminary of the Volunteers on the Move project, took place in Baile Felix, Bihor County, Romania, between 23-25 march 2012, with 35 participants, representatived of the project partners.
Within the seminary, the facilitator together with the participants have discussed about all of the phases of the project - preparation, implementation, valorization, having in mind the experienshe gained, learned within the phase, the impact on the local community, results, services and the impact on the project partners.
In the seminary the project documentary and magazine were launched and viewed, and in the future to be promoted to all organisations interested.
In the end of the seminary and evaluation was made regarding the organisation, contents and impact of the seminary itself.
